Tax Preparation Appointment

Getting ready for your tax preparation appointment can seem like a daunting and intimidating task.  It is not always easy to know what information is needed to prepare your tax returns.  To make things a little easier we have provided a basic checklist of information and documents you should bring with you for your appointment.  We've also put together a tax questionnaire for you to fill out and bring to your appointment as well.  Feel free to print these pages and use them as guidelines as you are collecting all your information.  Of course, everyone's individual situation is unique so this checklist is only a reference.  We may require additional information depending on your tax situation.  Please contact our office if you have additional questions.
